Unable to change 'Minimum value' and 'Maximum value' in DataSource > Data Generator > Date and Time

Unable to change 'Minimum value' and 'Maximum value' in DataSource > Data Generator > Date and Time ( Proprety type ) using the GUI.   I'm using Ready API 1.7.0   Is this a defect ?   Thanks & ...

    Try adjusting the maximum value first, before adjusting the minimum value.
    What happens from my experience is when I adjust the minimum value, it returns to the equivalent of maximum value if I set it higher than maximum value.
