Unable to access Csutomer Area content

We have recently purchased Soaup Ui Pro, but following login I can not gain access to some of the Customer Area support (for example Tutorials or Cookbook). The Login Form is showing me as logged in.
The message generated is

You are not authorised to view this resource. You need to login.

The licence is under User Name: AQUILA GROUP HOLDINGS LTD Support
