UI Layout Request

It would be nice to set a default for the windows controlled by (Change the orientation of the Request Pane Split)

I use dual monitors turned on their side, and constantly have to change the pane split to vertical instead of horizontal every time I open a request. I would to have a place to default new windows to open in Vertical instead of Horizontal.

Also better dual monitor support in general would be nice.
