To avoid, aborting running requests.

When SoapUI requests that are integrated with laodUI are runned by setting the corresponding limits(time, requests) they are automatically getting aborted as soon as the rquest count is meet, irrespective of them being completed i.e aborting the requests before time out. I would like to know if there are any other settings that are to be changed inorder to avoid this and run succesfully.
