testsuite order does not match element.order file

Hello,
For some reason the testsuite order in the project does not match the element.order file. I am using

soapUI Pro 3.6, copyright (C) 2007-2010 eviware software ab http://www.soapui.org | http://www.eviware.com Build soapui-pro-daily-2010-09-14-[1], Build Date 2010/09/14 02:36

    any update on this. Even if I re-order the testsuite in the project. upon reload the ordering is gone.

    I tried the nightly build and the problem still persists. This is a blocker for us currently. Is there way I can change the order of testsuites upon project load via project load script ?
