I’d first check whether the Groovy library is available in the TestEngine environment, since it works from the ReadyAPI desktop. Also check the TestEngine/Jenkins logs to see if the teardown is being skipped or if the library call is failing silently. Testing the teardown with a simple log message before calling the library could help narrow it down.
