Yes, it does! Ole Lensmar, the writer of that blog post, is actually the creator of SoapUI. That guide works perfectly fine with SoapUI Pro as well.

Thanks for the response. Can you please let me know how i can update the resources using the using the swagger api plugin ?
i was able to create the initial Resources and testsuite. Now when there are updates to the swagger , if i say "add swagger" it creates me a new rest service .
What am i doing wrong ?

No, the current version of the Swagger plugin is unfortunately not supporting updates of the resource definition,
but I suggest that you provide this as a feature request on Ole's blog post.
