Well - it should be "catchy" since it's on a tee-shirt.  But other than that, be creative!

Short version:

Boost Quality using Be(a)st of Tools.

 

Note: I wanted it to be Beast (from Bear in SmartBear), then it can also be Best as tools in the domain are best. So later changed it to Be(a)st.
