Support rules

Dear Support,
I had an issue with SoapUI tool request display. I emailed all the related files to you on Sept 16th. I am still wait for response from you. Its been almost two weeks passed. How long is the wait time? I have been calling your US east cost support phone time twice but I am still waiting.

    Hi Sheena,

    I'm really sorry you haven't gotten an answer to your question yet. I've checked in on this issue, and I see that it has been marked to be fixed in the upcoming 3.6.1 version of soapUI, which is scheduled to be released next month. It may be fixed sooner and available in one of the nightly builds, if so you will be notified!
