Support for PROXY AutoConfig (PAC)

I am unable to download WSDLs that are outside of my network. We use an autoconfig for the browser settings via PAC file. I have tried entering one of the proxy ip addresses, from within, the autoconfig file into SOAPUI's proxy settings. This allows me to see the Starter page. Unfortunately, once I try to create a new project and load the WSDL, I continually receive the following error: Error loading [https://xxxxx?WSDL]:java.io.IOException:Stream closed.

I can load the WSDL when outside of office network so it would seem this is related to the proxy settings. However, accessing the WSDL from outside of our network is not going to be available for much longer and I must have a long-term solution.
