I tried going through the steps in trouble shooting document, but it didn't help. We are actually not using proxy in our company to connect to the internet, but I am still getting the "socket" error when the installer attempts to download JavaFX. I installed JavaFX on my PC but it didn't 't help either. Still unable to install LoadUI. This is frustrating as I was planning to present this tool to our management and now I can't even install it.
