Unfortunately that's not the case for me. It still does not work
I've been through all the steps in the troubleshooting guide on multiple computers (work and home), and I verified all computers did have active internet connections. I did all of this again on a work computer prior to updating the forum and yes, I still have internet connectivity.
Do you have any loadUI support options for s single incident? I need to get this resolved ASAP.
