Yea... Kind of critical for me to... because I'm in a tryout period to see if I actually will get hired through this company... and if I can't get the software to work right... it kind of looks sort of bad for me. Since I'm not really hired, but just in an extended tryout period, I can't really get fired. Still, it kind of sucks if I can't get the tools to work right. I tried talking to my co-workers, but they don't seem to have the same problem... maybe they have a different version. I'm following manuals as good as I can... and I still get different results. I want to make a good impression, or I won't get the job... if anyone can solve this problem... it would really help.
