hmm.. I've been digging around a bit; are you using the bundled 1.7 JRE with soapUI Pro? Others have reported similar issues related related to 1.7 that have worked with a 1.6 JRE - would it be possible for you to give that a try (ie using an older JRE if you are using a 1.7 version) ?
