As i did not get a single answer to my problem i tried to find out a solution by myself. When starting soapUI 3.6.1 with the following parameters the SSL Handshaking-error disappears 
-J-Dsun.security.ssl.allowUnsafeRenegotiation=true
-J-Dsun.security.ssl.allowUnsafeRenegotiation=true
