Specify Excel DataSource start row by matching a value in a particular column

I would like to be able to run multiple test cases off different rows in the same spreadsheet without having to hardcode the start row in each test. It would be useful if I could specify the start row by searching for a specified value in a particular column, eg: find first instance of "Test #3" in column A and use the corresponding row to populate the DataSource.
