SoapUI unable to hit localhost properly, but web browser can

The predicament I'm having is that I am unable to hit a server locally. I am unable to perform any HTTP operations (i.e. hitting a web service, rest service, import a WSDL, or import a WADL). Any HTTP actions will result in a HTTP 400.

Observe... this is is the HTTP 400 error I get when attempting to add a WADL to my SoapUI project


However, that very same WADL is available on the web browser.


The same goes when attempting to make HTTP requests on my web service on localhost.

Any thoughts?

SoapUI version does not matter (occurs in version 4.x and 5.x)
