Does SoapUI has Ability to trace back the test cases to JIRA ID?

Hi,
I think it's possible to do by using a Jira API. I've found the following example:

Community, could you please help us convert this example so that we could call it from SoapUI?
You could also just write the jira number in the description :smileyvery-happy:
