Sounds like the RAML plugin is definitely working as expected.
The fact that it doesn't work when you start SoapUI Pro through a bat file where a plugin is not installed is more of an issue in that it breaks the EULA. Typically SoapUI Pro license is intended for a single user to use on a single machine. So the fact that you are starting another instance of SoapUI Pro from a different machine on yours, typically is a wrongful workaround that breaks the license agreement.
So, can you please let me know if this access actually somehow complies with the EULA? Also, please let me know what stops you from having two Pro instances on two machines with two separate RAML plugins installed? If there's a good reason in your answers that I am not seen, we can definitely try and assist in your issue.
