Hi!
Since I'm not familiar with LoadRunner (unfortunately), answering the first question is difficult; maybe someone else can fill in. Regarding your other questions:
- Yes, I would assume that threads in soapUI Pro corresponds to Virtual Users in LoadRunner
- soapUI Pro does not have an IP-spoofing feature or distributed loadtesting
- There is no hard-coded limit; it is set by your local hardware, depending on response times, etc..
