The license will not be locked to the virtual machine, you will be able to reuse the license file on a new machine, even if the previous installation was not uninstalled (IE. if the VM was deleted). Should you have any problems regarding the license, we urge you to contact sales@eviware.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues you run into.
