SoapUI Maven repository always timing out?

Hi,

I am trying to run my soapui tests using maven, I have followed the instructions from here: http://www.soapui.org/Test-Automation/maven-2x.html but I always get a timeout on maven when it tries to download the maven-soapui-plugin?

I have even installed the plugin jar manually using maven but when I try to run the tests I get a maven error.
The plugin descriptor for the plugin Plugin [eviware:soapui] was not found

Has anyone had any luck with this plugin?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
