soapUI is not allowing for spaces in the WSDL path name

soapUI is not allowing for spaces in the WSDL path name. For example, if I create a Web Service called "VLTest" and provide this URL to import the WSDL, it works: http://vlw2k3sql2k5/SDEWebServi...

Spaces are not a valid part of a URL, which is why we escape them with %20. Perhaps the server is not processing the escaped spaces correctly?
