soapUI and CVS

We are using CVS as a repository tool. I checkout all soapUI projects in my default workspace, let's say, make change in one project and save all the projects using Save icon at the top appearing in the soapUI tool. When I try to check-in the change, CVS shows that all the projects have been updated even though I have made change in one soapUI project. I need to keep track of what changes I make before check-in the changes and it is really painful to remember.
Who is culprit here, is it soapUI or CVS?
