SoapUI 5.1.1 Composite Project

I have a composite project using SoapUI Pro 5.0.0. When I import the project in SoapUI Pro 5.1.1 because of the file incompatibility it creates a new sets of file. Here is an example of a folder name of a test suite "MobileWebServiceHealthSuite-c4b79c8a-bd89-4979-b891-9d2d664c9b21". Within this folder there are XML file names of test cases that are equally or larger. Which makes it impossible to handle in windows because file names are too large.
How to avoid this? This is a blocker for my project.
