SoapUI 4.6.2 does not add my custom factories and listeners

I upgrade my SoapUI from 4.6.0 to 4.6.2 today and it won't add my custom listener and editor. They worked fine in both 4.6.0 and 4.6.1. I have recompiled the jars against soapui-4.6.2.jar. But when I start SoapUI it only adds the jars to the classpath but no longer adds the custom listener or the factory. Has there been a change in that regard? In 4.6.1 to use the custom factories I also had to add the JAVA_OPTS manually in the soapui.sh file.
