SoapUI 4.5.1 WSDL - New Request Blank

After importing the attached WSDL we have the an issue when creating a new request for the following operations

UpdateProfile
UpdateMedia
CreateProfile
CreateMedia
CreateChannel

The request object XML is blank, all other requests have the sample soapenv:Envelope as expected, when consuming the WSDL with WCF all methods are visible and execute as expected, this appears to be an Issue with SOAP UI, please advise?
