Hi there,
The web service used in this example is sometimes unavailable. If you enter http://www.webservicex.net/WeatherForecast.asmx?wsdl in your browser you will sometimes get message "Server is too busy!", but often it will retrieve the wsdl of the web service. So, you can try entering this URL in "New soapUI Project" dialog couple of times and at it should pass at some point. Entering wsdl of some other web service would cause different web methods to be retrieved from it and the rest of the tutorial wouldn't be useful.
If this doesn't work you can try following URL: http://ws.cdyne.com/WeatherWS/Weather.asmx?wsdl
It provides similar but not the same functionality as the one specified in tutorial.
