SoapUI 3.0 log warning that Project is null

Using latest build (Jul 22) for 3.0, SoapUI log is displaying:

    Wed Jul 22 16:38:11 EDT 2009:WARN:Project is null

I am using #Project# property in several places and this is causing difficulties.

    Installed today's build, now soapUI will not start at all. A dialog box is shown with error:

    "The JVM could not be started. The main method may have thrown an exception."

    So I downloaded the Windows standalone version and ran from that. I still see the warning, log output attached.
