SOAP UI_WSDL REFACTORING OR REFACTOR DEFINITION NOT WORKING PROPERLY

We are currently testing some services which have been refactored. There are namespace and some schema changes in the New WSDL, When we use the PRO feature for Refactor Definition it doesn't work as expected and removes all the data and data structure. 

 

  • I also used the GUI provided by the steps of refactor definition and in that we have some options to connect and disconnect.
  • In our case the elements positioning has changed For Ex: We have a new parent element which is followed by a child element which was the parent element before and we cannot Connect these elements.  Can we connect these two fields as it would help us solve our issue Partially.
  • Also our Namespace have changed these changes are also in different levels in both Old and New schema and these cannot be connected.
  • The data is also lost we have a huge WSDL refactoring of this kind coming our way, it will be aroung 1000's of tests and we cannot manage the time to go and edit each test and load data.

Can you please suggest how to solve this issue?

We are usign SOAP UI PRO 5.1.2(Lates as of today)
