Soap UI mocking does happen default namespace.
Attach is sample soap ui project.
testBinding MockService is the mock webservice. One u run it. Send request 1 and request 2. Request 1 using namespace prefix. Request 2 using default namespace. In case of Request 2 using default namespace the echoing back of element value from request does not seem to work.
