Soap UI double encoding Issue - % getting encoded to %25

Hi OLE/SmartBear TeamI'm using soapUI Pro 4.5.0.1-SNAPSHOT. In query parameter i have // as input. It gets encoded to %252F%252F. I want it like %2F%2F. How can we achieve that. I gues its a bug.Thanks,ankyeez
