SOAP-1900 showed an exception was occurring and the response was missing from what I read, this seems like a different issue. I tried to reproduce this using a mock REST service with your JSON and was not able to. I tried one of my local REST services and was unable to reproduce as well. Can you show me what your raw request looks like?
