Show Descriptions in UI setting does not work when unchecked

Condition: Preference/UI settings/Show descriptions item is unchecked, SaveProject on Exit is also checked. Expectation: Descriptions of Test Cases will not automatcially show when mouse is pointe...

Disabling All Tooltips works fine to stop the blue pop up description page. Thanks.
