Show Descriptions in UI setting does not work when unchecked

Condition: Preference/UI settings/Show descriptions item is unchecked, SaveProject on Exit is also checked. Expectation: Descriptions of Test Cases will not automatcially show when mouse is pointe...

Hello,

'show descriptions content when available' will open description panel (if item contains description text).
I believe you need to select option 'Disables all tooltips' which will remove them (all pop-ups with blue background).
