Can you provide us with project so we can reproduce this behavior and fix if it is a bug. I tried some similar scenario, and I can confirm there are time differences.
But, in test case log it is shown test step execution time, not response time. And in test step execution time you have to take in account other required operations,
like property transfers, for example. Same goes for mock service.
