The fact that the file dialog is opening your network folder by default is quite strange. I have noticed that I don't have any problems unless I manually go to the Network folder, which does cause the problem you're reporting.... unfortunately, this is not something we can fix in SoapUI and will occur with any other program that opens the network folder in Windows.
I believe that if you use the file dialog to select a folder which is not in the Network, the next time you use the file dialog it will not default to open your network folders and you probably will not have this problem anymore.
