Script post-processing on DataSource properties

It would be helpful to be able to optionally define scripts to be executed against each property defined for a DataSource; for example, to allow stripping word-wrapping from Excel data or manipulating data returned from a stored procedure.

I know this can be accomplished downstream, but it would be nice to have it all in one spot.
