Scalability Testing & WebSphere server monitoring

How do we perform Scalability Testing by using Load UI.
Could you please let me know, is it possible to perform the WebSphere server monitoring by using the Load UI.
Also how do we perform Compliance Testing by using LOAD Ui tool.
