Saving composite project

I have couple of test Suits in my composite project. I work on TestSuit1 and other engineer works on TestSuit2. I am noticing that even though I am totally working with TestSuit1 and adding test cases there, when I commit to SVN, SVN shows lot of changes in TestSuit2. So my question is that why the testsuit2 that I havn't changed is updated when I save the project with my changes in TestSuit1 only?
Please help.
