save response in UTF-8 encoding

hello,
I was trying to view the soapui response in XML SPY but inorder to do that I had to add encoding tags to the response. Would it be possible to save the response in some specified format.

    I right clicked on response and save as into a xml file. I was working with another engineer who wanted to see the response in XML SPY. What he did was added a tag

    at the beginning of the file and then copy/pasted the soapui response XML and then we were able to use XML Spy
