The error you're getting indicates that the TestCase is set to run on one or more agents, and at least one of them isn't connectable. This should work with the -l flag, but there is currently a bug which causes loadUI to connect to the agents even when in local mode (this will be fixed in the upcoming nightly build), so that is why it's not running even with the -l flag.
