With the way you have your API's/WSDLs broken down by TestSuite, it is possible to add a 'Run TestCase' TestStep in a given TestCase, allowing you to run another TestCase that's based off a different API. Please see this article: http://www.soapui.org/Functional-Testing/run-testcase.html
