Run-time error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Please help me to find the solution of following error :

What can be reason for below error :

    More details would be useful. Where are you seeing this error? What are you doing when it occurs?

      I am seeing this error in Response under RAW tab .

      Is this can be some setup issue .Please help me to find the solution .
