[Rs] javax.jms.JMSException: Could not connect to broker URL

I have SoapUI/hermes configured and create groovy script (from the link). After run groovy, I got the following error:
javax.jms.JMSException: Could not connect to broker URL: tcp://localhost:61616. Reason: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect error at line: 10
I have this configuration worked before. I don't know what caused the above error. Any idea?
