Right click on a SOAPUI interface doesn't provide an option to generate Mockservice in SOAPUI NG

Question

Very new to SOAPUI NG Pro (actually new to SOAPUI). Using a 2 week trail license.

I'm trying to understand how to generate a mockservice from a SOAP interface. As I understand from the docs, I create a SOAP project and provide a WSDL location, and after it loads I right click on the SOAP interface and I could select an option to generate a MockService. In my case no menu is displayed on a right click. How do I generate a MockService?
