Not sure what the end result you want to accomplish is, but if its switch of environments you can leverage our environments functionality:
http://www.soapui.org/Working-with-Proj ... oapui.html
You can also set them as properties, if needed:
http://www.soapui.org/Scripting-Propert ... properties
