[RES]soapUI cannot get WSDL from Port 8080
If I try to create an new soapUI-Project and tell soapUI to fetch the initial WSDL from http://dvm_webservice_test:8080/abc/ABC.asmx?WSDL this fails with "com.eviware.soapui.support.SoapUIException...

sorry for having not checked the answer for so a long time
but the project went on without soapUI
and so soapUI went out of my mind ...
Today I have tried soapUI 3.6.1 for another project with port 8888 and it worked out of the box :-)
