[Resolved] Regular expression

One question did you used the for Content maches RegEx assertion? I am using Content assertion on my whole resopnse to assert the whole content and from that one the tag is that , i mentions in first post.Is it possible this way?Attached is the screen shot of assertion please check and let meknow any possible solution.
