Please try the following regular expression:
(?s).(<ns2:I>\(12649064,U\|289843,D\|274039,A\|73611,S\|34,P\|2,PL\)\(S,C\|)|(,SSO\|R_P,AC_TE\)</ns2:I>)
However as Siking pointed out, an XPath match would be easier.
Couldn't you do something like this?
<ns2:I>(12649064,U|289843,D|274039,A|73611,S|34,P|2,PL)(S,C|*,SSO|R_P,AC_TE)</ns2:I>
And check to use a wildcard in the assertion dialog box.
